swim ladder and OMC sea drive. Got to get rid of the sea drive next. the engine is a 140 hp two stroke... and yes the VRO was disconnected. Pre mixing will be a pain in the butt. the "sea drive" unit w/o outboard was about 250 to 275lbs. it's a heavy chunk of aluminum. it contains hydraulics for power trim/tilt and steering. Will drop it like a bad habit ASAP.
