Here is the casting deck before. In my opinion it was elevated to high above the the water line and moving about on it was often risky, especially when it was sloppy *

After cutting half the deck out I see there is a inner cap under the deck. *

Believe inner shell was used to support the deck at the outer edge. Found cutting the outside edges of the decking difficult because the inner cap stands off from the hull by about 3 inches. *

Lots of room under there that I now have access to. *

I can see now where the previous owner didn't replace stringers all the way forward. It's a easy fix now *
