  stringers and ribs getting the old wood out. Shop Vac trick works great.Used sawsall to cut the tops off. Gonna replace with Seacast all around.   Gonna need new rod holders   I'm gonna plumb in a drain hole through the new seacast bulk head, and pour foam the old fish box in.
