any advice on this outdrive trim switch would be appreciated which wires of for what movement or if anyone has an idea for how or what to replace it with

Just bought my Wellcraft at the end of last summer. Getting it ready for her first splash and need advice about switch panel replacement. The switch panel contains ignition and trim switches. Any opinions or advice on replacing this would be appreciated.
