The book says that if the motor appears to run too lean or rich the TPI can be adjusted. I do not have the harness to use with a multimeter. I need to know which direction is lean or rich clockwise or counter. Thanks, Vic

Since this boat has a full transom, and the previous owner put on a bracket, and took out the old scuppers. I'm looking for suggestions on the proper placement of the scuppers. Seems like the bracket gets pretty wet when I'm trolling. So beneath it could mean water on the deck.
