You guys use it for rust protection? I spray a light coat on boat motor when I winterize. And on anything on trailer that looks rusty. Pulled the bed off my pickup last year and sprayed everything. Seems to stop the rust.

I have a couple spots that I want to fix on the gelcoat. The biggest is the size of a pencil eraser. Anyone ever use the small tubes of gelcoat repair stuff? Or put some fiberglass resin in first with a small paint brush? I figure there was a bubble under it from new making it weaker?
