Yanked off the enclosure this morning and sent the top out to get restitched. All the factory stitching was cheap and was tearing. So I'm hoping to have the top on again by next week.

Well guys. This is the best I can do. Cant do any better. The transom is done. In primer. Will worry about paint later I guess. Got to put the rub rail back on, install the splashwell drains and so forth. Time to move onto replacing the fuel hatch cover or the soft spot in the deck. Will start...

SKOOL would know this. Is this good above the waterline paint to paint the hull with. Its two gallons worth. Not a bad price at all...

Nothing new in my life except spending a little bit of time everyday trying to get the transom done. She is thick as hell and just about got her straight as best could be. Sanding: Hammer never post just one Pic.  ;D Adding in cloth for strenght/cap to protect the edge.

My buddy was given a free and Running 1993 Johnson 175 motor this morning. Wiring harness and everything. Pluss two lower units. I see alot of begging in th enear future or alot of overtime for Lefty. ;D Dont know what he will be asking for it, but I'll let you guys know as soon as I find out. ;)

You sure having a thicker transom is ok. Dont want to get stuck notching out the transom for the steering tube. It was 1 1/2 before I tore it out, and look at it now. I still need to wrap some cloth up over the transom and intop the splash well. She's Thick, but to thick ?? ??? ??? ??? ???
