Point taken Spare. I’ve had a torsion trailer for over 25 years, on my fourth set of axels. Get about 6-8 years out of a set. No brakes on mine and I DO wash them every time. Doesn’t seem to help.

The hub is the part that the tire and rim bolts to, it is replaceable. Some models have a replaceable axle, the part the hub slides on. The drop arm and bands are not serviceable.

i used to have natural gas heat, loved it. Cheap and very warm. Switched to all electric heat pump bout 20 years ago. Great AC , lousy heat source when it drops below 30* Last time we had snow was Dec. ‘89. Agree with u Pipe, power outage would be bad.

What’s going on? Weatherman says we got snow on the way. 1-3 inches!! They’ve cancelled school til Thursday. Banks and county govt offices have shut down. No trash pick-up after noon tomorrow. How do you guys live in this stuff, I’ll take hurricanes anyday. Wish us luck
