    Saturday Port Royal Sound, SC

Pulled the V20 up to Hilton Head Saturday with a friend. We have never been before and want to check out the annual cobia run(thanks Whatknot!). Got to the ramp early and beat the crowd. Caught bait off the beach just in time to have 16 boats behind us pull up and scatter the school. Anchor...

    Hey Bluerunner

Sorry, I just noticed I left you hanging on the smoke mullet issue. As for putting oil on the flesh side...you can if you want but mullet, kings and spanish already have a high oil content in the flesh. I like a good out side crust on the fish to help seal in some moisture....unless you are...

    Bonita

I have an 81 Bonita at my dad's house that I gutted and rebuilt from the floor up.....awsome inshore fishing platform. I think it's time to price shop for a 40 or 50 hp outboard. It had a POS 60 hp evenrude that made it fly(when it would run) and I figure a 40 or 50 would do the trick. I...

    mpg

Took some guys to CAT reef to catch Black Sea Bass last Sunday and the boat was amazing. Loaded with 5 grown men, coolers and full fuel we only burned 15 gallons. Round trip was approx 35 miles so wouldn't that mean we got about 2.3-2.5 mph? Loaded down and all I would be very happy with...

Ran all new wires and hooked up the switch/relay/new dash and turned the key.........FIRED UP. I danced and did shots of Cold Makers Mark then...

Reply from Blue Seas company to my email

Dear Mr. Highsmith, Thank you for your interest in Blue Sea Systems' products. You will have to rely on the engine manufacturer for more details about their recommendation not to use an aftermarket battery isolator. We do not sell any battery "isolators" by the common definition of the...

    After market battery isolator question

I'm flipping through the manuel on my Evenrude 200hp 2004 year outboard and in the battery section is says to never install an after market batt isolator. It goes on to say it has a feature that can charge the cranking and acess. batt at the same time. It doesn't say what could result if I...

    New Tank Pics!

OK, now what the hell do I do? My old tank had the red wire to the middle of the fuel sender, the black to the outer screw of the sender, a green wire from a bolt on the stainless steel fuel fill cap connected to a piece of metal welded to the top of the tank and another green...
