15 hp kicker?

Found a deal on a long shaft 15hp Merc that I would like to use as a kicker for my '91 steplift with a 150 Honda. I am worried about the additional weight. Does anyone use a kicker on their V20? The 15hp doesn't look any larger than the 10hp. Thanks, Barry
 
I have a 9.9 2 stroke Johnson. You just have to catch some big fish to offset the weight on the other side of the boat.

Seriously, it should be ok IMO.
