SkunkBoat God Mar 24, 2015 #2 Seems like their pushing people to keep big fish. I would rather 1 @ 24" to 28" and 1 @ >28" to 42" and a one time trophy tag for 1 fish over 50" That way you can keep a smaller one in the fall run or in the river, and we let the breeders go.
