Boating with best friends

I told my wife I was going "to check on the boat." But my friends wanted to go for a ride, so off we went! ;D

We saw some locals sunbathing

Then we saw a cruiser getting an escort South on the ICW

Soon after that we saw this sweet old woody

An interesting vessel, I think it's a fishing boat turned cruiser

But wait . . . is that what I think it is?

AWESOME PICS PIPE, do your dogs ever jump in after the dolphins? My dog would dive right in and try to play :-/ ;D

Thanks guys. I'm using an old digital camera that I hope to replace in the new year.

Do they want to jump in? That's why the harness is on the younger one. It helps me to fish him out! ::) It's only happened once before, but that was enough. They never want to jump out of the boat until there are dolphin around. It's really funny watching dog and dolphin eye one another. The dogs seem so disappointed when the dolphin swim away.

I love the, "Just going to check on the boat Honey" line
Great pics!
Yeah. I always make sure I have boat keys, boat bag (with depth/fish finder and GPS), and maybe a cold drink or two with me when I go "to check on the boat." ;D

This time I found the batteries a little weak and in need of a charge. ;)

you think the dolphins would attack the dogs? or just swim away ???
My guess is that they would swim away. Back when I used to (try to) windsurf, the dolphin would come really close to me until I fell off the board, which I did with great regularity. ::) As soon as I hit the water, they would disappear. Which was a little unnerving.

Great shots!! I have seen pleanty here and they always come close!
Same with the seals always checking you out!
