Capacity plate missing on 18' cc fisherman

The Capacity plate is missing on a 18' cc fisherman that i just picked up any ideas of its info ,, (Hp, Persons ,total lbs) and any idea how to replace it..
 
I have a 1982 18 Fish, rotted to the hull, if you want the plate off it you can have it, its a faded but readable.

5 Persons or 900lbs
2315 lbs Persons, motor, and gear
150 H.P. Motor
