Just re gelcoated the deck of my v20 today, it came out amazingly well, i mixed in a little cabosile then rolled it with a very low pile foam roller made for resins. Then i went rite over it with a stipple kind of roller that is used in my shop for applying contact cement for formica work. let it set a while, then put the final waxed coat on with the low pile foam roller for resins, it looks like a factory job , i could not be more pleased! NOW , as i went back to admire my work i am looking at the gas tank cover that was made of starboard and i see that it is bowed on the port side . It just lifted over two inches off the deck rite in the middle like two bulldozers had pushed it together. all three other sides are on the ground, keep in mind their are no fasteners in it whatsoever and not a drop of gelcoat was applied to it. any idea's ?. aAs i am :head:
