Free V20

hammer that hatch i think just has hinges so no need to saw all the hatch out lol only need the lid in one piece without saw marks lol PM me the price and shipping price hammers the man and wow lefty's the woman ;D
 
SKOOL, sorry to have to do this to ya. But I'm Proclaiming a Double Dawg. I "Hammer" do hear-by Double-Dawg Skool into adding two V-20's together.  ;D

Who's V-20 is this. It was posted here maybe six months ago and I saved the pic. in photobucket.
I might see if I can save this V.....that I'm picking up in the next few days......thats a maybe. Wanna take a hard look at it and see if I wanna get all involved in this project or not. Or maybe I just wanna take a chain saw to it and see whats inside.  ;D

Just got back to work on Thursday this week.

I suggest that everyone take a two week vacation
and drive I-70 cross country.
There is more stuff to see on that route than you can imagine.

I will be in Lewes this weekend, probably just do a little work
on the V and take measurements for projects.

When I saw free V20 as the topic, I thought maybe you
conficated mine. ;) ;) ;D ;D

I think we took close to 2000 shots.

Oh and guess what, didn't see a single V.
 
I've passed a V all week here in DE they want 3k for it sitting on RT1 in Rehoboth.
 
So whats the preferred way to replace this type of transom. From the outside...looks easier that way..or from the inside ??? ???
Hope to have it Monday and will take a better look and decide to keep or trash/part it out.
Really dont have teh time or $$ to repair her, but I hate seeing this V go to the landfill. :'(
 
I could use the port side Teak sliding hatch guide :D. I just took my Renkin to the Suffolk Va land fill and it didn't cost me anything? I can't understand why a sanitary land fill would charge someone to help them out. ???After all they are trying to fill in some land.
 
Well I brought home the other V20 today. Well not to my house but to my buddies shop. Free storage, you cant beat it. ;D I took a bunch of Pics. but the camera was acting up. So here's a few for all you Pic. Ho's.  ;D

This might be a job for a SKOOL rebuild. DOnt have the time or cash to work on it just now. It might look ok in the pics., but she needs alot of time and $$
Would love to have her match my V.
Sometime this week I'll scub her clean and hopefully decide to keep her for a while or part her out. I know a few of you guys could use the parts, so hang tight till I decide what to do with her. Hoping to get a few hundred for the trailer. Well at Least $300.00
Thought about selling my V to help towards a down payment on a house and use this new V as a new project. Just unsure what to do with it yet. Hopefully in a few days I'll know more. Just hated to see this V go to teh Landfill. :-X
