Free V20

Well, I tracked down this guy today about a v20 he was getting rid of. It's a 78 V20. The transom is rotted and the floors are soft. It's for Free. The only good this I see are the windshield, sliding hatch and the trailer. Trailer comes with a title as well. Hmm, where can I hide this at If I decide to grab it. :-/ Dont actually need it, but the few parts could help out members. ;)

Hammer when I dumped my V it was like $60. I had to remove the gas tank before dumping it. The place I took it to was in NJ, about 20 min from Philly.

If you decide to part her out I could use the cover over the gas tank to practice my fiberglassing skills.
 
Mulv, looks like I might grab it. I'll pull the tank cover off for ya. Working on a deal now where I can strip it down.
Wish I had the room for it. Would be a great project learning how to redo the transom.

Are the rod boxes square or trapezoidal??

If there square, I will buy them from you ;D


and if they are trapezoidal can you get me some measurements???
 
That guys backyard looks like Skools.  You could make a few bucks on the extra parts and the trailer and then use the hull for a giant flower pot.   ;D

Besides, what's one more boat in the yard? ;D
 
If you drag that trailer down to Georgia for me I'll give you 100, no wait, 50 bucks and take you out for doughnuts.   ;D ;D ;D

I had to change my price when I thought about how many doughnuts Hammer could probably eat! ;D ;D ;D
 
can i get the teak that's around the rod boxes? and hey cut the hull in half and extend it to a 26 fter i wish i had a free V to cut in half and extend. but i do need rod box teak if avail and good.

Hey i NEED that hatch for the splash well what do ya need for it now?
 
SKOOL, I noticed that hatch/raised lip area in the splash well. Does it open ?? so you get to the batteries ??
I'll cut it out and send it to ya. ;D
Hoping to pick it up Friday. Lefty cant know about it though. Shhhh. ;D
