Hi Randleman...
THANKS FOR ASKING !!!
WELL, bad news, GOOD NEWS !!!...
The house in Fajardo, the one with the nice ocean view ( one hour away from work ), did not happen. The house appraised $97,000 max., but the owner wanted 110k, so, because the bank only borrows 95% of the appraised value, and I have NO cash, it did not happen.
I already bought a house in San Juan, a little wood house in the mountains, for 50k, i took a 50k personnal loan, so the house is already mine, got the title and everything. Loan is for 7 years, so I will be paying $888.oo a month, which is not too bad considering is only seven years.
I believe it had to happen this way, Gods way I belive. My son just started college and the house is only 2 miles away from his school, plus, I got custody of my two sons, and they are already with me. My younger son school (now) is 5 minutes from the Airport where I work, and the house is only 15 minutes from work.
I think Father God acted here to help me out. I`m telling you, He is The Man. Everything just happened so well timed that only Him could have done it.
This humble Home, is my first house, so you guess, I feel I own a Castle, IT`S OURS,
