My buddy at Lake Hartwell used to do a lot of business w/an old Merc racer first name Baron...bet he knew those guys...I'll check w/him and see what Baron's last name is...might tie in w/some of those guys in that post...

Baron is Warrior74???...no kiddin'??...you wanna Mercury GURUH, that's yer guy!!...come to think of it, he had several of those type hulls HANGIN' on the wall at his dealership...he knows more about Mercury motors than MERCURY does...and that's no bull...

I have been reading the thread, up to page 12 or so, he seems to have lived the life I dreamed of as a kid.


Took a cruise on Lake Cooley yesterday, it is only down a foot or so, but I hear the other SJWD lakes are almost empty.
