I’ll explain inflationary impact

With a single example …….

$1,000,000 today ( that’s one million dollars)
has the purchasing power of about $80,000
around 1970.

Meaning ?
Meaning with housing prices so inflated it’s an illusion of wealth because having this amount of savings on paper actually buys so little in terms of financial security .

Sorry but true for the less than very rich

Scook……..The post Covid demand against still limited product was a known factor for the global inflationary surge.
But this isn’t the political forum, so shouldn't make it “ political “

After tonight I won’t be worried about petty cash like a lousy million dollars. Why? I’m go8ng to hit 5he big one tonight. Over a billion. My next decision will be who is going to redo my wellcraft from the ground up. I want her better than factory.
I will also have the motor redone. New paint new carbs and new stickers.

I know you’re going to say.
Hey Step. Buy a new boat.
I will but I will still have my 1978 wellcraft Steplift. In mint condition. Hopefully with bloody decks from the fish I am going to catch.
I will also buy a mint wellcraft Steplift just because I can

Ok good luck to you …..odds at about 1 in 300 million suggest you don’t start spending tilll you win

You’re looking at it all wrong. 1 in 300 million. So that’s only if 300 million played. My calculations say I have 50/50 chance of taking home the first prize. Actually it’s more like 1/1 and I bought 2 tickets so the odds are better.
I got it all spent. I bought things on my credit card but I’m not worried. I. Going. To. Win.
And if your nice I might throw you a hundred bucks.
