Good news and bad news for me: The boat I was going to buy fell through, so I'm going to hang onto this one for a while!

I guess it's a sign of the times (the new normal?) when a boat this nice and clean is for sale for this low of an asking price. If something happened to my P.D. I'd be all over this.
