Jetty Rocker Rebuild

I've been putting off replacing my stringers in my 1975 (Jetty Rocket) for about 10 years and I finally committed. I'll try to post as many pics as I can. I'll also update my description since I swapped the Johnson 225 for a Yamaha F115. Once complete I have a Yamaha F150 that's replacing the F115. I have a friend that is helping me and he use to build boats in the Outer Banks a long time ago. I run a boat repair business that does everything but fiberglass work, so any helpful hints and suggestions will be appreciated. After cutting the floor out, I found out that the wood in the transom was bad too. I had the transom replaced 14-15 years ago and the the wood got water in it and was soft. So this time I'm using all Coosa Board. I got a sheet of 1 1/2" for the transom and sheets of 3/4 for the stringers and deck. I'm planning on using Bi-axle 1708 and polyester resin. I've put about 15 hours into grinding so far. I'm going to put a layer of glass in the hull before putting the stringers in. My first question is about resin and mat. I have Paxton, Donovan and Land-N-Sea suppliers that give me discounts. Has anyone used the Mar-Pro resins? Are all resins basically the same or is one brand better than the other? Also, the Biaxle Mat that I'm looking at is a 17 oz combination mat. The description says 17oz woven stitched to 1/2 oz chopped strand mat. The last thing I want to do is use the wrong combination/brand of mat and resin. I'm new to posting so I have to figure out how to post pics.

Thanks Destroyer. Can you tell me where the link is or how to add pictures to my post? I've taken pics along the way. I'm going to put a layer of glass down before I start laying out my stringers.
