Went offshore out of Wanchese last month and got right on the fish. Got on the grounds at 8am and caught our limit by 11:00am. Was back I. The truck with coolers full of meat by 3pm. All in all a good day other than 8-10’ seas but no one got sick. Here’s a few pics.

We were out in Toms Canyon overnight. 2 ft or less. By ourselves. Everyone with range went south to Wilmington or Lindy.
we got No Tuna. No Sharks. No Swords.
But we did find a Tilefish spot that we'll have forever.
