Looks like it was an I/O in a former life. Best hope he did a better job on the transom than he did covering the hole in the deck where the motor once sat.

Chum, is that what that big block of wood is between the rear seat. The area where the motor sat at one time ???
he joined our site to sell, but hasnt been around in a long time.

That's what it looks like to me. That transom motor cutout isn't factory.
