parishht God Mar 10, 2010 #1 Anybody live in or near the area? I may have to move to Roanoke, because of my job and was wondering about living in the area? I have been through and visited on vacation, and I had to do a job for 6 weeks in Pulaski, but these were both a number of years ago.

garagenc God Mar 10, 2010 #2 My wife grew up there until she was 12 yrs old, still has a lot of family there and we go there a couples of times a year. Nice place, but for us flat land people too hilly and snow.
