How do I repair hair line cracks in various places like corners of floor lockers? Some kind of filler? Anything easy?

mix up some MAS Epoxy and use a bondo paddle and smooth into the cracks and let set till cures then sand smooth and paint

Skools don't you groove them out first with a dremel tool or similar. Thats what I was told to do by a glass man here?

you can but if the cracks are open and clean then the epoxy will run in and fill the cracks fine, if you were going to use cloth then yes you would need to open the cracks to accept the cloth.
