Whats this for?

On my 76 V20 center console toward the back on the cap there is some sort of holder there that angles toward the bow. There is one on each side. It's not a rod holder because the hole is to small in diameter, it probable a 1" to 1 1/2" in diameter. Thanks

hard to say without seeind the 'hole' but lets give it a try, shall we. is ur boat a male or a female? is there any hair around said 'hole'. is the 'hole more accessible when you spend money on the boat? i hate to ask, but dose iether hole smell like tuna, or worse, pooh? for god sakes man, be carefull what you stick in there! one of those holes might be a tant! if you answered yes to any of these questions, i would say that the previous owner realy, REALY loved his V20! and i think you should give stinky his boat back.

Thats what it looks like but without the curved tubing. I might see if I can get in touch with the previous owner and see if he still has them. Thanks
