Where to find some of this stuff?

I know Craigslist, but where else is there a good place to pick up parts?
What I need is the rear hatch cover on the Starboard side.
The two hatches on the floor.
I am guessing I need to go with hydraulic steering as I am using a 225 to push the boat.
Scuppers for the transom drains.
And I think that should do it for now....

Instead of getting the standard flapper maybe think about getting a ball scupper instead, Im very impressed with the way they handle on my Albemarle. Ebay has some good stuff on there.

Might want to look into Teleflex No Feed Back(NFB) cable steering. I replaced a worn-out, leaky hydrolic system with it last year and have no complaints....I run a 2.4 200 Merc

The small rear (top of transom?) hatch cover is much sought after and seldom found...they are missing off many of these models...how are your "glassing" skills...if good, I'd suggest taking the good one from the port side, make a mold of it and glass up the one you need...do that and you might be able to sell 'em to others in need...some have fashioned replacements outta starboard...are the floor hatch lids existing and soft or are they missing as well?...if you got 'em and they're soft, recore them yourself...if I can do it, ANYBODY can...
And the scuppers...are you referring to the ones out back of the splashwell?...

Here's a link to the steering cable Draglink mentioned above...

You should be able to find it for less, but the 4.2 is the one I use as well...there's a link there for hydraulic systems as well if yer budget's fluffy enough to cover it...

Look what Thacker just posted...

Ok, the re-coring sounds like the way to go. That is awesome! I actually have the hatch in the rear that I need, it's just smashed into 3 different pieces. I am betting I might be able to put it back together and sand it. Now seeing the deck done, I am sure it can be done.

As far as the no back lash steering. What is the length on the teleflex? I am not wanting to spend more than 300 on a used hydraulic system and am finding that is not practical. I only spent $400 on the boat, I need to keep that and what it's worth will be later in mind and not go "overboard".

I just bought a 4.2 cable recently and to the best of my feable memory it was a 17'er...I will URGE you to verify that's what YOUR boat needs before you buy...look at the Teleflex web site...there should be a diagram showing you how to measure for what your boat needs...if not on Teleflex site, look under West Advisor on West Marine web site...

Hey Gill, I just posted for someone to take my rod boxes, transom box covers and fishbox cover. I also have the fuel tank cover. As for the forward box I was just going to build a wood cover. Let me know if you want them....got cushions also. I'm near Jacksonville, FL.
