  the floor going back in. you can see where I cut it into sections to remove it and put back in.   where I cut the capper to remove it to get at transom, now putting it back.   ready to test it. it feels strong no hollow sound when knocking on the transom. Just need to paint the exposed fiberglass to protect it until I'm ready to gelcoat.
