  as you can see the bulk heads were rotted also the boat took a pretty hard hit in the front because it had a crack down one of the steps on the hull and that impact broke the stringer in half which let the water in and rot take over, not to mention Florida carpenter ants got into the wood stringers and transom.   this is a picture of the new transom which was made up of 3 layers of 1/2inch AB plywood, and epoxied together   This shows the three layers of plywood epoxied together and also to the back of the hull
