Here's the dash set up that came with the boat...thanks to corrosion the only thing that worked was the tachometer. Part of the console and dash were full of drill holes that it looked like swiss cheese from prior installation of large, bulky 80's vintage electronics.

Here's what the forward cockpit looked like at the time of purchase. Included as part of the sale were a hummingbird LCD fishfinder that was so old that it had a pixel resolution of 3x3, a burnt out Apelco VHF, "Sea Ranger" loran and a compass that leaked and had no more fluid for the card to float on....get the picture?? a real #@%$*!! mess. The only plus was the hydraulic steering...and yes, that leaked too.

Here's some 1/4" King Starboard marine plastic cut to size for new dash board. The squares are "pads" for mounting electronics, so that I don't have to drill my console full of more holes.

As we all know the console & dash on the wellcraft is not the most spacious for mounting of electronics. Made use of "RAM" mounts for the sonar and GPS.

Here's the dash board installed. The dash is still virgin as I will drill holes for gauges and switches. Scored a new Apelco Loran for all those fishing spots and wrecks that don't have GPS conversions on yet.

Cheap plastic rod holders came with the boat. Switched to a 30 degree stainless holder from Lee's... had to jigsaw out a hole for the bottom end of the holder to poke out underneath.
