swim ladder and OMC sea drive. Got to get rid of the sea drive next. the engine is a 140 hp two stroke... and yes the VRO was disconnected. Pre mixing will be a pain in the butt. the "sea drive" unit w/o outboard was about 250 to 275lbs. it's a heavy chunk of aluminum. it contains hydraulics for power trim/tilt and steering. Will drop it like a bad habit ASAP.

Painted and stripped. Will wax later. The sky was just about to open up.

Pre bottom paint right side. Got all the decals off. Compounded. installed VHF antenna and s/s antenna bracket.

murph turned into a smurf. Was blue all over. got two bottoms done in two hours. Took a turpentine and paint thinner bath.

v 20's just after the rain. Been dogged by crazy weather. One day it's tee shirt weather than next day you gotta bust out the wool coats.

end of the day and both bottoms painted...just in the nick of time. Next is rewire, addition of electronics, bimini, and repower (the sea drive really needs to be put to pasture)
