1985 Wellcraft V20 Cuddy

I'm in the process of a buying an older 23' Seacraft center console, so I'm considering not doing the two boat thing and getting rid of my V20. This boat has been in my family for about 20 years.

It's an 85 V20 Cuddy w/ the original OMC Sea Drive bracketed engine. We don't have an hour meter, so unsure of engine hours. This is a full transom boat. I still use the boat regularly and the engine still runs well and gets from A to B, but this would be a great platform for a bracket repower. The engine definitely shows its age, but we've never had to replace more than regular maintenance items, a starter and a fuel primer solenoid. She has treated us well. We disconnected the VRO so it's running premix.

The boat is basically all original and will come with a 1991 karavan single axle roller trailer. I have the original cushions for the v-berth.. they've been sitting in storage since about 1995. I also have a bench seat that came with the boat when we bought it.

The Bad:
- The boat definitely needs a good amount of TLC - Many original components could use replacement.
- Floor has a small soft spot
- Gel Coat is showing its age, might come up with a good wheel.
- There were doors to access the bilge on the side of the transom wall, I took them off because they were falling apart. You would need a new set of doors or a single hatch.
- Comes with bimini top frame and canvas, but canvas is ripped.

I added some pics but I'll try to take some more this weekend.

$3000 OBO

Boat is currently slipped in Center Moriches on Long Island, NY. After I get the seacraft it will be in my driveway in Sayville, NY.

I'm looking at a 1987 23' SF w/ a 1999 optimax 225. Boat is on CSC if you want to check it out and give any opinions. Agreed price was 13k. It is in beautiful condition.

I'm pretty negotiable on the v20, I figured I'd start a little high and get beaten down.

Bench seat wanted for V20 outboard

Is the bench seat available by it self, If so I am interested in buying one.
