Holy Cow!!!! Boats are crazy expensive these days.

There is an ad for that GW 271 Canyon in the Sportfishing magazine this month, says its a "family" boat...a very wealthy family for sure.

I was impressed on how cheap the Parker was compared to some of the other boats.. and to me, it's one of the best boats out there... Very nice pics Lumber, thanks for sharing.

Great pics, Slinger!!...some good lookin' glassware there...and thanks for tossin' in the price tags...you saved me a trip...

Regulator - the new 28' center console gets my vote as " best at show" ...........or at least, the one I'd want from the show.......

Almost no boat styles like the old Wellcraft V21 anymore. That usually means a revival will be coming.

I had a center console, now I'm enjoying my Wellcraft V21 cuddy.
Sitting upfront on a center console looks nice at the boat show, or maybe at the dock.
Riding up front is another story, unless it's A. Very calm. B. Perfect weather.

This new Regulator runs 65 mph top end. Not bad at all. I believe the fuel tank is only 250 or so, give or take. With twin 300's I would have figured a tank to hold 300 plus gallons more appropriate.

Nice photos Lumber! Wish I could have gone this year. The great part about AC is you're one lucky pull on the slot machine away from owning one of those.

I finally went back to work today for the first time since Christmas eve. Just found out we are going to be taking boats to the Edison boat show. 9 boats total. 3 Stingrays, 4 Cobias, 1 Carolina Classic, and the new Pathfinder we just got. You are right Ozzie, that thing IS a sweetheart of a boat.

I think it is a 23. It still is shrink wrapped. I cut a little peep hole and looked around. It's got a 250 SHO yammie on a jack plate. That thing has got to haul a$$. Can't wait to take that thing for a rip around the river.

Video if ya can Pete!!...easy to name that boat..."Haul Booty"...

$93 GRAND for a Grady Bowrider? In this economy?

Seeing those prices makes me think restoring the ol' V20 and hanging a new power plant was a smart financial decision--Yeah Right.

Just not as dumb as some other suckers out there.

Yeah ..... thats one of my dream boats and this boat 3 yrs ago at tge show was 53k and last yr was 73k and now 93k .... talk about inflation.

To the 1%, thats pocket change.

My boss just bought a new boat (52') last year...$1.25mil...reduced from the original 3.5 mil tag. Boats 4 years old, but never sold and the company finally just sold it for what they had in it.. Even the 1% have to tighten their belts a little in this economy...:head:

The 1% are tightening their belts alright...around our necks...watch the price of gasoline as they cinch their belts up...damn futures traders...:bat:

I think they ought to make it law that if you buy and sell gas, oil, any commodity, that you have to actually take possession of it when you buy it.

I have no problem with a free market, but those guys are just getting rich off of us.
