another member used small plastic wastebaskets(like in a bathroom) as drop in boxes, also i think i remember someone posting some container from tupperware was a close fit.

as far as a door, looks like somebody had put up a canvas one already, thats a good pretty cheap fix. you could build one pretty cheap out of teak or starboard, i think the glass would be the rub.

I was going to say what phatdaddy said, measure it out and look in the stores for trash, Tupperware, dish pans ect....ect... you will find something.
Doors the canvas is a good idea and I see a lot of cruddy's doors on boats made of 1/2 plexi glass, get the smoked color.

WOW that would be great THANKS THANKS please PM me with info were to send the $$$. I just found out I only need 1 because of stuff mounted in the port side one ( no depth for one ) Craig

I have decided to make a new cuddy door . I have a table saw , router table and cabinet door molding router bitts, I just need to know were to buy some teak wood ,? I have access to 1/4 " shaded lexan for the window . any one got a recomendation ??

Drop in boxes

When I needed new ones I checked out a restaurant supply store and they had stainless steel bins used for buffets which fit very well and they'll probably outlast me!

Are you meaning the bait wells ? S.S wells would be great . I could airiate them with a drain & pump , GREAT IDEA.

Grey,
You might rethink that teak idea when you price out the material unless you have a connection or have some laying around..
Lexan (plexiglass) is expensive but probably still cheaper then the teak.
The plexiglass is also pretty easy to work with.

I have found some internet dealers and you are right $$$$$$. I have decided to just use a teak frame with smoked lexan in the middle like this photo .\
