Hey, Stinky...what motor on your 18?...didja have to replace stator or was it a fiX...if replaced, how much $$$...reason I'm askin', my old Rude's stator needs to be replaced and sounds higher than camel's ears , just for the part ...sceered ta ask 'bout labor... ...

I diagnosed it by the manuel. Tested for the required OHMS of resistance. DONT get one from the dealer!! I use this place. Boat Motor recyclers 1-952-894-4888.

Great people with garanteed used parts. I have bought parts from them for a few years now and I cant even tell they r used....they look BRAND NEW!
