OH MY GOD, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, gas $3.57/gal. awesome.

I would start with the transom, once you are done with that, rip out and replace the stringers. Wet foam removal when you are waiting for stuff. My $29 4.5" Skil grinder with 24" grit sanding disks was my best friend and almost made it through the project.

That was in NC, He was at the Mebane Exit off hwy 85 / 40 in that pic. Gas has gone done more since then at that station now $3.43
