Talked to Ken from www.barnaclebills.com last week and told me they would have new information and prices this Mon 6/20/05. Check out their site has all the specs for the 130, 150, 175, and the new small block 200HP. 150, 175 are about $13,000 rigged and controls. this a great site for all kinds of information on Johnson, Evnrude motors. Really great dealers and stock parts for these engines from the fifties. They can even make your deaded Fitch work. Crusher

Crusher, when I was readin' about your blown motor, I was hopin' you were considerin' E-Tec...175 would be a real kick!...that small block 200 would be awsome!!!.... ;) ;D...got a real boner for one myself!...

;D...Thanks for the site...

Just tried the site above...went to restaurant in FL?...

Crusher, I think you're makin' a good move w/ the Johnson...my '86 Rude was a real workhorse...people, including techs commented on how well that motor ran...for me, I'm already makin' a monthly payment on the Honda, so I'm thinkin' why not put that money toward a 200?... :D...

I would love to bolt a new 175 or 200 on in the near future , but $13k ! I would have to give the Johnson a hard look . I'm sold on the E-Tec , but if my wife learned the cost I would not hear the end of it anytime soon.

labii, I'm very fortunate in that reguard...my little wifey grew up w/daddy and brother huntin' & fishin' & buyin' all the stuff to do both...main thing slowin' me down is gotta get car for daughter to drive, so I'm gonna enjoy the Honda a while longer... ;D...

More time spent on water w/ new motor = less time hearing better (wiser) half fussing about cost ;D ;D.

On the other hand, maybe that way of thinking is why I'm still single.....hmmmmm :-[
