MJ,  I'm not an attorney but I believe if a business is involved in interstate commerce which a shipping company would be, you can sue them where ever they conduct business.

The Motor has been found!!

They say it will be here at my house tomorrow!!

I tryed to stop it in RI but they say I am not the paying coustmer and that only the joker I mean broker can stop it?? I wanted to pick it up.

I won';t rest till its here!!
