First of all, I will like to thank ALL of you for all the advise, help, wisdom and friendship that I got from this Forum.
I am in the process of restoring the small wooden house I bougth two years ago, and I am half way into the restoration project, which I am doing myself. Also, with my two sons living with me, is not an easy time. I recently got to a point where I was feeling very tired and even hurt sometimes from the lack of enough rest and sleep, so I decided to quit boating for a while until I finish the house and get everything back on track. The Money will be used wisely. I will later get another one, but not until I have the house and everything else in ship-shape.
I hope I can keep being your friend here and please remember you ALL have a friend in Puerto Rico if you ever come down, just drop me an e-mail to; jjjtronics@yahoo.com
Thanks again !!!
Juan

What Lumberslinger said X2. Don't be a stranger.. we like you for yourself, not because you do or do not own a boat.

Good luck with the house. !!!!!

Take your time and get your house in order, where your priorities lie, shows you are a smart fellow.
Good luck my friend and stay on the site, you always have enough time to turn on the computer and say hello.

I think we have all enjoyed your participation on the site, Juan, and hope it continues. Best wishes with the house. When you are ready for another boat, you know where to start looking!

Good for you for putting your family first.....plus, I bet you know someone around there to go along with now and then.

No need to say any good byes.

all of the above, plus look at it this way. if you lay out of boating for 2 or 3 years, living where you are you can catch up with the rest of us in a month or two...

all the best and keep us up on the house project, with pics.
