Trailer Brakes Locked Up

Worked for me after the drum brakes froze up last summer. I gutted'm and haven't had a problem since

DITTO!

I went to pull the boat to the lake and the drums were locked up. I disabled it and never looked back.

There is rumor that Mass is going with trailer inspections and I will need to add breaks if that happens!! %#@!

same here they are going to start trailer inspections unless you have a likfetime tag which i just bought to save on never buying tags again.

i have a set of saltwater safe ones, but they are a little over $1800 for the complete set with tongue actuator

Do yourself a favor and stay away from trailer brakes with the V's. Upgrade your towing vehicle if necessary....

Thats not a option with the new law, you will need a inspection and they better have breaks.
