Not so much a recipe, anyone can do it.
First thing is to work with a guy who regularly goes offshore and brings you fish.
He gave me some wahoo he caught last weekend. I've grilled it before, but never fried it. So last night I got some Zatarain's and got busy.
Here's the finished product. No time for fancy presentations, just eat it while it's hot!
Nothing better than fresh fish, heck, any fresh seafood.
