Well…. I’m done! Retired!

Hey guys. Hope you’re all well. I haven’t posted in a while, but I stop by from time to time.
Just this past Monday, I finally pulled the pin. I retired. No more work for me. My house is paid off and I have a little condo in Delray Beach to explore. My latest V20 is for sale.
My wife wants to keep the house for a few reasons. 1: my boys are still living with us. A gainfully employed 27 year old and a 23 year old who works when it suits him. I have to return a few things to the LIRR, but I’m now a force of one.
I plan to drive down to Florida when it gets cold here, January-February ish.
Well, I just dropped by to spread the news.
Once again, I hope all are well and I’ll hopefully talk soon.

Hey Charlie first congratulations on retiring. I’m retired going on 8 years now. People told me. Your go8ng to get bored, well I’m not bored at least not yet. Second your kids are still with your.? You know years ago ( not to long ago) when the kids became adults ,like 18 years old,they couldn’t get out of the house fast enough. But today you can’t make them leave. And why should they. The rents are way too high. I can understand why they don’t want to go. Anyway. Good to hear from you and good news about your retirement. Your going to love it especially when it’s snowing out and your sitting by the window drinking coffee. lol or in Florida looking out the window drinking coffee. Yep you know I like coffee.
